Objectives

The BodyTech Symposium will bring together technology researchers and performing artists to consider mediated physical environments for dance, theatre, music and visual arts. Presentations, discussions and demonstrations will facilitate sharing of information and ideas. The intention is to develop and deepen communication channels between participants, including performing artists, theorists, researchers and technology developers. More

Schedule

BodyTech Symposium sessions are scheduled 9:00-5:30 on Monday, February 22, and 9:00-3:00 on Tuesday, February 23. Refreshments and lunch are provided. More

Location & Travel

All BodyTech Symposium events will be held in the Calit2 building at the University of California, Irvine. Venues include the Atrium and Auditorium on the first floor and the eMedia Studio on the second floor (room 2100, at the top of the stairs). More
